Board members may be appointed to serve as liaisons to standing committees of the College as deemed appropriate by the College President. Board liaisons to College standing committees shall be non-voting members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Procedures<\/strong> <em>(Revised 3-8-2021)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.29.1<\/strong> No permanent Board committee will be established. Board committees appointed on a temporary basis to accomplish specific goals will be terminated at the conclusion of their duties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.29.2<\/strong> Any committee appointed by or at the direction of the Board and which is authorized to report to the Board, or any committee appointed by or at the direction of the Board for the specific purpose of recommending, directly to the Board or the President of the Board, policy or policy revisions, or expenditures of public funds shall be subject to the Missouri Sunshine Law in connection with the committee\u2019s meetings, records, and votes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Adopted 12-3-1968; Revised 1-2005, 3-8-2021) The President of the Board of Trustees will appoint all Board committees and outline specific responsibilities of each committee.
