Changes to the organizational structure during the fiscal year shall be presented to the Board for approval prior to implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Procedures<\/strong> <em>(Adopted 3-8-2021)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.4.1&nbsp;<\/strong> &nbsp;The staffing plan shall be developed by the Human Resources Director in conjunction with the President and Vice Presidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.4.2&nbsp;<\/strong> &nbsp;Changes to the staffing plan shall be proposed to the President by the appropriate Vice President as required to ensure the efficient operation of the College.
