What are the qualifications?<\/h3><\/div><\/div><div class=\"eb-accordion-content-wrapper eb-accordion-content-wrapper-eb-accordion-2jviq\"><div class=\"eb-accordion-content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You must be a CNA and listed as active on the Missouri Certified Nurse Assistant Registry for at least six months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must be 18 years of age.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must have a high school diploma or GED.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must not have a federal marker or be listed on the employee disqualification list (EDL); and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must have a letter of recommendation by a current or previous long term care employer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-essential-blocks-accordion-item eb-accordion-item-ne751 eb-accordion-wrapper\" data-clickable=\"false\"><div class=\"eb-accordion-title-wrapper eb-accordion-title-wrapper-eb-accordion-2jviq\" tabindex=\"0\"><span class=\"eb-accordion-icon-wrapper eb-accordion-icon-wrapper-eb-accordion-2jviq\"><span class=\"fas fa-angle-right eb-accordion-icon\"><\/span><\/span><div class=\"eb-accordion-title-content-wrap title-content-eb-accordion-2jviq\"><h3 class=\"eb-accordion-title\">How long is the CMT Program?<\/h3><\/div><\/div><div class=\"eb-accordion-content-wrapper eb-accordion-content-wrapper-eb-accordion-2jviq\"><div class=\"eb-accordion-content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The CMT program consists of a minimum of 60 classroom hours, 8 hours of job shadowing, and 8 clinical hours to be completed with an instructor. The way we structure the class will determine how many weeks the course takes to complete.
